If you find a lower price at any Helio Company Store or at Helio company website for a handset lower then your purchasing price within two weeks of the purchase price, we will go ahead and credit you for the difference plus up to 25% in addition to the price difference.

What if I see a price that is lower from an online dealer?
If you see a price that is lower then our listed price please let us know.  A lot of Helio dealers online are selling refurbished devices and we get their customers stopping by our retail locations all the time trying to return devices purchased online since these dealers refuse to take the device back. How can I tell if an Online Helio Dealer is an Authorized Exclusive Helio Dealer?
There is only one way to guarantee that your Helio device will come directly from Helio Wireless and is not refurbished.  You need to look up the dealer's zip code using the Helio Dealer Lookup Tool. 

Then you can verify the dealer is an Exclusive Helio Dealer held to the same standards of a Helio Company Location by making sure the location is tagged "Helio Wireless". 

If the location does not have "Helio Wireless" labeled and has a different tag then be very careful when purchasing as the Helio Dealer is not part of the Exclusive Helio Wireless Program and your device may be refurbished or used.

Don't take any chances and purchase direct from an Exclusive Helio Wireless locations.

Which items and services aren’t available for price match?
Any special promotions which we provide to you such as waiving of the deposit and other such special programs and promotions are not available for price match due to the exclusivity of these programs.
